Report a technical problem

Email [email protected] or use the contact form in the Info menu. Include:

• The URL of the page where the problem occurs.
• The action you took, what you expected and what happened instead.
• Your browser, device and whether you were signed in.

Do not include passwords or full payment-card details. If a screenshot would help, remove any personal information before sharing it.

Suggest a film-data correction

Include the Movieo film URL, the field that is wrong and a reliable source for the correction. Provider availability and external ratings may change independently of Movieo. Confirm current rental, purchase or subscription offers with the provider.

Report inappropriate content

Use the report control attached to the content where it is available. You can also send the public URL and a short explanation to [email protected]. Do not publish another person's private information in a public comment.
