Lauren Clinton grew up in and around Los Angeles. She began performing at a very young age. Starting in local theater, she developed her talents and moved on to act in critically acclaimed theatrical productions and various films. Lauren performed as Janice Avery in Disney/Walden Media's, "Bridge to Terabithia" before taking a break from acting to focus on music. In 2011, Lauren moved to London to study at the Institute for Contemporary Music Performance, where she earned a degree in songwriting. In 2017, Lauren wrote and directed a short film entitled, "Highway Children." It won an honorable mention at the Los Angeles Film Awards. And in August 2018, she wrote, directed, and starred in a second short film, "Light."
