Overview
Antarctica, early 1980s. Following an emergency at the Soviet polar station "Voshod," the crew finds themselves in an extreme situation: temperatures are plummeting to minus 70 degrees Celsius, they are surrounded by an icy wasteland stretching for thousands of kilometers, and immediate evacuation is impossible. The station chief, Serov, makes a series of unconventional decisions that threaten to trigger yet another catastrophe. Realizing this, Rodin—a member of the team—understands that to save his fellow crew members, he must defy orders and take responsibility for the team himself.
