Tsutomu Kamishiro (上代 務, Kamishiro Tsutomu, February 18, 1965) is a Japanese screenwriter and manga author. He was born in the city of Mobara, Chiba Prefecture. As a manga author he uses the pen name Ryu Kamio (神尾龍, Kamio Ryū). more
