Born and raised in Iowa. He was a stand-up comedian in the late 80s and 90s. Settled in Los Angeles in the early 90s and landed several television guest spots, as well as numerous national commercials. He studied improv comedy with Second City LA, Acme and The Empty Stage Theater, where he worked with SNL's Kristen Wiig in the Perks Comedy Group. more
